Hi Every one..! In Hindi the meaning of Kuntal is Hair (Baal in Hindi & Julfein in Urdu), you better say 'Kesh' or 'Lattein'. You would have heard in Hindi Literature, mentioned somewhere as 'Kaale Kuntal' that describes Black Hairs (or Kaale Baal)!
